Firs Lodge Terms and Conditions
Please check through the following Terms and Conditions prior to paying for your booking. Payment will be deemed an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

- Bookings at Firs Lodge run from 1pm through till 10am the following day or the day of departure, to allow time for changeover.

- Bookings are for a minimum of two days, up to a maximum of 28 days.

- Bookings will only be confirmed once a deposit of 50% of the booking fee has been paid.

- The balance of the fee must be paid at least 7 days prior to your stay.

- Acceptance of bookings are at the absolute discretion of the Owner.

- We reserve the right to cancel any booking made, subject to refunding any fees paid, and without further liability.

- The booking fee covers the use of the whole Lodge, irrespective of the number of guests.

- Payment methods are cheque, cash or bank transfer – we cannot accept Credit Cards at this time.

- Cancellation by clients will normally result in forfeit of the entire fee.

- Smoking is not permitted in the Lodge.

- Pets are not normally accommodated, however please ask if you have a particular requirement, eg Sporting Dogs.

- Breakage Deposit; breakages must be paid for.
